Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that my time as a moderator has been a new experience. As I have been helping a lot people out, stopping people who are ruining others RP experience and breaking rules. Also I have feel that I have quite a high F1 count (124) as I have only been mod for just over a week.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you have to work around (EG: defiant user)
As a moderator I have had a few situations where I have been trying to get stop a active mass rulebreaking in spawn e.g Mass RDM/RDA and it takes a while to navigate through the tab menu and freeze them. This would be alot easier as an admin as i would be able to pick them up with my physics gun and take the away from the area that they are causing chaos in.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp



Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello [name],

Hello Jimmy, After discussing you ban time with other staff we have decided to lower you ban time. You will be unbanned with the next 2 weeks as we feel that you are sincerely sorry for your actions. If you do this again you will be permantly banned from this server. Please take a look at the rules when you are unbanned.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I feel like I should be promoted as it would be easier to handle F1s and stop active rule breakers. Also I am very active and have a high F1s count that will start to increase when I become admin. Another reason I feel that i should be promoted is because while being moderator I have gained a further understanding of the rules on Zarp SSRP. Also I would be able to help more people if they say that someone is RDMing and I didnt see it and they have no proof. I also like making peoples experience on Zarp SSRP more enjoyable by stopping people who are ruining their experience it by rule breaking.
