Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that my time as a moderator has been a new experience. As I have been helping a lot people out, stopping people who are ruining others RP experience and breaking rules. Also I have feel that I have quite a high F1 count (124) as I have only been mod for just over a week.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you have to work around (EG: defiant user)
As a moderator I have had a few situations where I have been trying to get stop a active mass rulebreaking in spawn e.g Mass RDM/RDA and it takes a while to navigate through the tab menu and freeze them. This would be alot easier as an admin as i would be able to pick them up with my physics gun and take the away from the area that they are causing chaos in.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp



Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Jimmy, After discussing you ban time with other staff we have decided to lower you ban time. You will be unbanned with the next 2 weeks as we feel that you are sincerely sorry for your actions. If you do this again you will be permantly banned from this server. Please take a look at the rules when you are unbanned.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I feel like I should be promoted as it would be easier to handle F1s and stop active rule breakers. Also I am very active and have a high F1s count that will start to increase when I become admin. Another reason I feel that i should be promoted is because while being moderator I have gained a further understanding of the rules on Zarp SSRP. Also I would be able to help more people if they say that someone is RDMing and I didnt see it and they have no proof. I also like making peoples experience on Zarp SSRP more enjoyable by stopping people who are ruining their experience it by rule breaking.

[b][u]Teleport commands:[/u][/b] /tp This will teleport you to the area they you are looking at. You can also use this to teleport other users using Steam name or SteamID /goto SteamID This will teleport you to the selected player /bring SteamID This will teleport the selected player to you /back This will teleport you to your last location. You can also use this to teleport other players to their last location /backspawn This will teleport you back to spawn. [b][u]Punishment commands[/u][/b] /warn SteamID This command is used to warn a player if they have broke the rules e.g RDA,RDM and break NLR. /freeze Steam ID This command is used to freeze a player if they are in the middle of rule breaking or if they run from a sit. /voicemute SteamID time This is used to stop a player from using their mic if they are mic spamming. /chatmute SteamID time This is used to stop a player from typing in chat if they are spamming. /slay SteamID This is used to kill the target if they are mass rule breaking. [b]All of these commands are accessible from the tab menu[/b] [b][u]Menus[/u][/b] [u]F1 menu:[/u] If you press F1 you will have 4 sections. Section 1: You will see all of the active F1s that people have made. You can also see the time they have waited and the staff member handling it. Section 2: You can see the warning that players have recieved. You can also see the reason and the staff member who punished them. Section 3: Here you can see who has been killed, arrested, joined and left. This is useful when handling F1s if you need to see who had killed the player. Section 4: This is used to see the active NLRs at the current moment. It will also show you the player name and the district.
