Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
As a moderator i had helped a lot of people, i have around 100 f1's in the first week. On top of that i had helped many people just out on the street etc.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I've had quite a few obstacles as being a moderator, the main obstacle i had though is attempting to quickly freeze a player if they are mass rdming, the time it takes to navigate their name in the tab menu is about the same time it takes them to kill a few more people. Being admin would help due to the fact i can use my physgun to instantly freeze them and remove them form the area.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player x.
After consulting with various staff members and looking at the fact this is the first ban that you have received on this server,
I decided that i will accept your ban application. This doesn't mean that you can continue to break the rules, if you're caught breaking another rule you will have a more strict punishment.
Please enjoy and respect the server the server's rules now that you're allowed back online.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I think that i should be promoted to admin because I have a large f1 count on my first week as a moderator, around 80. Even though i have helped out many people as a moderator i do find it hard to aid people to the best i can because i do lack abilities, such as to spectate people, this means if someone claims to be getting rdm'd by one person but they have no solid evidence i can observe their screen and see if their claims are true. I can also use commands such as jail to hold someone who is very defiant and attempt to have them co-operate in a sit. I will be attending the team-speak meeting on the 8/9/18 and others further on.

He for sure knows what Mass RDA is, it's just he was rushing die to the fact that when it occurs, it's a decision you have to make quickly. He did his best and that sadly was the wrong option. Also Nafe was also running at Arran trying to arrest him as well for no reason so he just assumed he did the same for the others. I don't think he should be denied for this reason, I think it should be overlookable and I believe he should still get this rank.

Is this what he said lol? He's lying then, I ran into a room with 4 people in, 2 had guns, I walked up to them, pulled out my arrest stick and arrested them, I then said; Thanks let me out now and I was kicked.

The thing is though, he has a week to improve. The next meeting will happen next weekend and he has a week to prove that he has enough experience to climb another rank, but I get your point.
