How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: I feel like during my administrator time I felt like it was time to move on. So going super administrator is giving me more abilities that I didn't have as an administrator. I have been going through some things I couldn't handle as administrator and needed other higher ranked staff members. Also being able to help others/train. I sometimes wouldn't be able to be on Teamspeak frequently but I'll try when I'm needed I'll be there as fast as possible.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): Hello, I am PandaOG04. I have been on zarp since 2016. When I saw the DarkRP gamemode my friend insisted me to play it and ZARP was the first one that I've picked. I loved the server so much that I was thinking how it would be if I was staff (Pretty much going great at the moment) So then I applied for staff and help the players of ZARP, I'm hoping that I will get accepted for super admin which would be a huge step for me and it would also be the 2 years on ZARP well worth it.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: I was in a discord call with one of my friends and he was screen sharing then we both realized that someone was crashing the server but I couldn't get on then. Next day I see that he's on and with proof I got him banned.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: So I'd say I'm about to handle it then if I'd see the abusing staff and he isn't on I'll ask someone that has his steam. Then I would contact him I would ask him:
Hello there, so I've seen an abuse report for you (then I'd put the link) Is it true you abused? I'd wait for his response then take action about it. Afterward I'd accept the abuse report and put the message for acception.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would tell him that banning the person for that is way too long and tell him to unban him and then ban him, but to lower the time and I would tell him that banning him for that reason is this long.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would approach him then ask what's wrong and what he needs help with.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? I will teleport both of them to a roof and ask who is breaking rules and if it's true I would just warn the admin that he can't do that.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would ask what is going on and Id tell them to stop arguing and tell them that we all turn out to make mistakes.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would ask him if I can teleport him and ask him why he's breaking a rules and harming people then warn him not to do it again and to be careful next time.
