Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is when someone kills a other RP player for no reason. For example PandaOG04 is talking to his friend and he gets killed out of no where.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is when a RP player goes to the same district that they died in. For exapmle Rice Seeds tries to raid the bank and gets killed, he comes back in the bank district.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x:
I will ask what hapend and if they tell difrent stories I will ask for proof.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check the time of the kills/deaths and if it's not a 3 min difference then i would warn them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I think I should be chosen, because I will do every single f1 I see on the server (unless it's a f1 that needs an admin or higher). I will be a great moderator, because when I am online there's only 1 staff that doesn't do anything about the mass rule breaking or just AFK, so when I am on I will stop them, ask them why they are doing it and simply punish them for the rule breaks. I am going to be nice to everyone and some people might notice but I changed my attitude, I'm not salty anymore. When someone is talking shit about me I just ignore it. I know I have a pretty rough past with the staff role, but I am not going to do anymore stupid mistakes. Tell me if something is wrong with this application here, I will fix it as fast as I can! You have waited a moderate amount of time and I feel that yes u got demoted but the fact you were some what mature enough to wait some time is a start having seen much of you in game though so I can't judge on anything else
