Random Death Match Explanation and Scenario: Random Death Match or 'RDM' is when player 'x' kills player 'y' for no valid reason, only to kill them for the fun of it. An example of RDM is if player 'x' was to kill player 'y' soley for the reason that player 'y' was someone he didn't personally like.
New Life Rule Explanation and Scenario: New Life Rule or 'NLR' is a rule that makes it so If a player is killed in a certain district they are not allowed to go there and continue their past life for a few minutes. An example of someone breaking this NLR rule is if player 'x' is raided and killed by player 'y', then player 'x' returns to his base and kills player 'y' 30 seconds after he was first killed.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
If I were to handle this situation the first thing I would do is to ask them each their side of the story (Most likely separately at first to see if there stories are the same or not) , if player 'y' admits to RDMing player 'x' then they would be warned, if he didn't admit to RDMing or had a valid reason to kill player 'x' I would then ask if player 'x' had any evidence of this. If not then there wouldn't be anything I could do about the situation seeing as one of them could be lying.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would first ask player 'x' what exactly happened and with player 'y' then I would ask player 'y' why player 'x' killed them. If player 'y's reason for being killed the second time was because they broke NLR I would punish them. If player 'y' didn't admit to breaking NLR then I would ask player 'x' if they had any proof of this, if not I wouldn't be able to punish player 'y'
Why I should be chosen: Recently I've really been enjoying playing on SSRP but their have been a lot of RDMers online while staff either aren't or are AFK so me and my friends just have to accept the fact and not be able to play. I would really like being able to help the SSRP community so that more players are able to have fun and RP while not having to be worried that they'll be RDMed and lose their valuable items. I would enjoy to be able to better help out on the server and help enforce the rules.
Thank you for reading this
