Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: If a new player joins for the first time on surf confused and not knowing how to properly surf, I would link them this video (How To Surf) I would tell them to watch the entire video, after they watch and if they still had trouble I would try to help them a bit myself showing them how I personally surf. I would also inform them that surfing doesn't come to most easily and it takes some time and practice to learn how to surf well.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: If I saw/heard someone text or mic spamming I would tell them verbally to stop. If they were to continue I would give them a mute / gag. If they keep on doing it after they get muted or gagged them I would kick them, and if they finally rejoin after the kick continuing on after being given multiple warning to stop I would get a higher up for example an admin to give them a harsher punishment like a ban.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If someone was using an exploit on the server I would ask them to stop and record the exploit they're using with OBS and send it off to a LT member. If they continue to use the exploit I would warn them for exploiting, if they went on after the warning I would get a higher up to ban them because exploits are taken very seriously

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I should be chosen as a surf moderator because I know all the rules on surf and would like to help enforce them. When I surf I usually don't see that many moderators / admins on. Mainly because im american and the time zone difference. I think I could really help out the server if I were to be chosen for surf moderator.
