Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
My time as a moderator has allowed me to learn much more about prophunt and how to staff properly on the server. I feel as though I am ready and prepared to take the next step and am able to handle more responsibility. I am hoping to advance in position in order to deal with rulebreakers more efficiently.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A situation where banning would be appropriate would be continued ghosting and/or hacking, however I am not allowed to punish for these offences. A situation where I am allowed to punish would be if someone were to say or type out a racial/bigoted slur. I would first Tgag/Tmute this player for a certain period of time and warn them. Afterwards, if they continue, I would ban them for a certain amount of time which I feel would be appropriate in that situation.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Congratulations on becoming a moderator! I am excited to work with you and hope you enjoy your time staffing here.
Slay- Kills the player you have targeted, use if someone is doorblocking/exploiting after being requested to stop
Tgag- Someone is micspamming/being racist in voice chat, work from more lenient punishments to harsher ones (From a 5 minute gag, to a gag +warn, to calling an admin)
Tmute- Someone is chatspamming/being racist in text chat, same punishment outline as for Tgag
Amute- Someone is chatspamming/being racist in admin chat. same punishment outline as for Tgag
Friends- Helpful for if someone is suspected of ghosting, however you cannot punish for this, you must call an SA or higher to deal with it
Also, if someone is suspected of hacking, you must call an SA or higher to deal with this situation as well.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First, I would check for the amount of time they have been banned for before making their appeal. If it was over a certain period of time, I would now contact the super admin which banned them, as admins cannot ban for hacking. I would hear their side and then I would look into the appeal in much greater detail. I would have to make sure he is truly remorseful for his actions and plans to actually participate properly in the game. I would make sure he understands that this behaviour is reprehensible and forbidden, and assuming I accept his appeal, I would make sure he is playing fairly and no longer cheating.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I feel as though I have learned a lot as my time as moderator and that I deserve a chance to prove myself as an admin. I am also from NA so I will be able to get on during the later times when most of the other staff are offline. I plan to advance my position further in order to provide much more help to prop hunt, and administrator is a great step.
