Moving on to James Stone's ban, it was honestly quite funny how excessively biased you were against me, because all you saw was "0 recent punishments" when in reality there's a lot more to it which you failed to listen to. During the Steam chat, you attempted to consistently overwhelm me with multiple questions at once whilst I was attempting to speak with James, showing an inability to handle situations correctly and an unwillingness to change mindset. The last thing we need in the lead team is overly stubborn people. You deem the ban "excessive" (realistically you deemed it immediately invalid) due to the fact that he had 0 recent punishments, however I was in a channel with a Super Admin at the time who completely stood by the ban, on top of the fact that he even told me during the sit that he had no intentions of changing his poor attitude.

Oh by the way, doesn't this quote taken directly from the verdict on James' appeal showcase you essentially calling my ban invalid, completely voiding your earlier point?

I feel like you don't have a deep enough knowledge of the rules, and the reasons we have them. Certain people have complained about your behaviour to them within the community, and you've played detrimental role in them having a worse experience; be aware this is all backed up by anecdotal evidence. Because of your "dirty" past as well as the reasons written above, I'd like to see you longer time on the staff team before going for lead team.

You're not fit for a lead team candidate as I see it.
