Player O join the server with 0 recents he start mass rdming players and disrespect a staff member he got muted for disrespect and warned for mass rdm - disrespect , after being unmuted he started mass rdming again and disrespected player, in this situation you can ban him for 1 day for Mass RDM - Disrespecting players - Recents
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

if im a admin i cant ban players for hacking only lead team members and i can't handle if i was the admin who banned/Warned players
but lets say im not the admin who banned him im the handler admin

first ill post post in the appeal and say im handling

after that ill speak to the admin who banned him and post the outcome

i should be promoted because im a mod for 2 weeks i handled to many reports 156 in first week and i have done only one mistake which was moving 20 players on accident and im also ssrp staff , im friendly in game love to help players always join the server when help needed , i also know the rules very well , im always calm in game even im mad in real lfie , i belive im reday for this and im great candidate
