What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a spectator/dead player gives information they wouldn’t know as a runner to either team. For example, saying whether or not a trap has been activated yet when the runner team would not be aware of that.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Firstly, I would verbally warn them about their behaviour. If they did not stop their behaviour then I would mute them so that they would stop being disrespectful and warn them. If the mute duration ended and the player resumed their behaviour, they would be kicked.

Why I should be chosen: I try my best to come on everyday. I often adhere to instructions. I know the rules. I am reasonable in regards to punishing those that choose to break the rules. If someone breaks the rules only once I will only warn them rather than kick them straight away. I am very mature. I can be fun, but when something problematic comes up I’ll try to fix it right away. I am very respectful and I treat everyone the same way I would like to be treated.

Note: Symtriix the admin recommended me to go for moderator because she thinks that I’m active, friendly, try to help others when I can, understands the rules and trustworthy. I’m Symtriix’ spider duck and she believes I will be a good assistant.

I see that you have good activity and a decent application. However, I’m unsure of whether or not, the warning you were giving still counts as recent. Your activity is good and you are a friendly player but I would not use kick as a second option, we have a warn system that bans players after receiving 4 warns. I actually do use the kick command in the same way as he mentioned when dealing with disrespect etc. I verbal them (if necessary) and if they carry on I mute them, and if they still carry on after the mute I kick them, and if they still proceed after a kick then I’d ban them for a short time.

For the application, good activity and good application.
