Time spent with Zarp Gaming?:
2 years and 11 months, 5th September 2015 was when I first made an appearance on ZARP Server 2.

How often do you come on the forums:
I come on the forums every single day and I'm constantly checking out every section and banning the spam accounts and reporting them to the 3rd party providers who deal with the spam prevention. This can be proven by checking out the 50 most recent bans, I am constantly banning mass TOU breaking and spam accounts.

Why You?:

In-General as to why I should be chosen

I should be chosen as your next Forum Admin as I am incredibly trusted and active within this community. I always make sure to keep the forums clean of TOU breaks and also I have been constantly checking report emails and punishing the posts that are breaching the TOU, not only that I have been responding to WhatsApp, TS pokes and Steam messages over posts that also break the TOU.

My past and current experiences

I have a lot of experience as a Global Moderator as I have been in this position in the past before I had resigned around early June 2017, ever since I have came back to staffing in September I have regained most of my ranks and I have shown a lot of dedication towards the servers and especially the forums where I had regained my Global Moderator rank back.

My trust in ZARP Gaming

My trust in this community is not a problem as I hold the Jailbreak Server Owner rank, SSRP Head Administrator rank, Teamspeak Head Admin rank and Forums Global Moderator. I am also a Deathrun Admin which I have been spreading myself around the community quite a bit more often and making sure everything stays in good condition and making sure all the users and staff as well are happy with how things are handled. I feel like me gaining forum admin will benefit a lot for the community as I will have extra powers to alt check people and also make sure that posts are being deleted for the right reason by having the ability to see the deleted posts on the topic and also checking the IP address for ban evasion.

How I have dealt with situations involving other forum staff

With the current rank, I am at this moment, I have trained and talked to forum staff who are not sure of what to do when it comes to a post that may or may not violate the TOU. I have tried my best of abilities to try and solve situations and also train the forum staff. With forum admin, I will be able to give forum staff ranks and train new staff members straight away without the requirement of waiting for a different forum admin to do so.

How much safer will the forum environment be if I gain this rank?
Like I have stated, with the new powers, I will be able to make the forums will be a safer environment due to how active I am and how well experienced of a Global Moderator I am. I feel like the current forum admin team need a hand with somebody who is active and will know what they will be doing when given powers so I feel like I deserve this position since I meet the qualifications the forum staff team are looking for.

My experiences with team work with other staff
With my current staff positions, I make sure we all work as a team and decide together what can be best for the community. I tend to be a great leader when it comes to team working in certain situations and I am extremely mature in these sort of situations.

How helpful and responsible I am
I have been incredibly helpful towards the community when it comes to icky situations and suggesting things the community would need in order to have a more fun experience.
