Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death match otherwise known as "RDM" Is when a user damages or kills another player with no valid RP reason, for example lets take player 1 and player 2. Player 1 goes up to Player 2 in game and says over voice chat "I'm going to kill you as i feel like it" This is only 1 way of many that RDM can be portrayed.


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule otherwise known as "NLR" is when a user returns to the district they previously died at within the time allocated at the top of their screen, when a user dies they have to essentially forget about the previous life they have just had, an example of this is when player 1 is raiding at the Rich house district, they are killed in the process of raiding and immediately return to the same district without waiting for the NLR timer to run down.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
For this situation i would bring both users and ask them both to tell their side of the story if they both are having different sides to the story i would ask if anyone has valid proof, if they both have no valid evidence i would have no other choice that to return both users and watch them both carefully to see if there is any RDMing or provoking going on between them, If i see provoking or rdming i will have no other choice but to bring the user and choose the appropriate punishment at the time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check logs to check what districts this event took place and if logs show that player y has returned to the district that they have previously died at i would proceed to warn player y for reason "NLR" i would then tell player y to read the rules and i would watch them carefully to see if he breaks any other rules ect as they may be new to the server or gmod and not quite know all of the rules yet.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
You should choose me because i have been a member of this community for a very long time now, nearly 4 years i would say. I have helped people throughout the entire time of playing zarp and now i feel like its time for me to pursue the role of a moderator again, for those who don't know about a year ago i was mod on Zarp however had to resign due to problems with my pc. I have made extra effort throughout my time here to report any rule breaking going on when i'm online for example reporting it using f1 or via forums. I have had a lot of experience as a staff member i used to be the co leader of a server called Razer RP however we shut down due to funds of the server, admin on multiple different servers as well as moderator on zarp, i feel like i am an experienced and trusted member of the community and i would like to say that i have good general knowledge of the community. I know all of the rules and the correct punishments if there is someone that is rule breaking.I have a lot of game time on zarp and i am willing to continue this. As a moderator i will be open at any time for anyone that needs help during the server, previously when i was a moderator my f1 count was very high until my pc broke.
