How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel like, I have had a lot of experience with banning and kicking users. I also try to use my discretion so people get a fair punishment. I have had all kinds of situation and I think I can deal with most of them. I tried as hard as I can to use all my powers to ban all the minges and micspammers.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
As I said in the last question, I have encountered everything pretty much and I deal with it as good as I can. I always try to find a way to make a punishment fair and deserved. I hope to have gained the experience on your eyes that I am ready to be promoted as I have in my eyes.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have not really came across a situation like this but the hardest problem that I have had was people who do not listen but those situations are pretty easy to solve.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would read over the report carefully, and come to my own conclusion, ill ask the staff member and the reporter, on what happened and come to a final conclusion, I then respond to the report with or and with the outcome.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would contact the staff member on steam and say " hey I noticed you banned someone for an excessive amount of time, what is the reason" I then would come to a conclusion to either keep the punishment or lower the punishment according to what the staff member said.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would sit back and watch how the person gets dealt with, then step in if anything goes over any normal attitude, and proceed to talk with the staff member on why he would talk in this manner, and tell them to have a normal attitude next time.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would talk to them both asking on why the staff member was breaking rules, and why the other staff member was promoting rule breaking. I'd ask a higher up or come to a decision myself on what to do with the situation. if the rule breaking is too bad I will bring it up in the meeting and then decide over what will happen.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would ask them both to stop, ask what the argument was about (if I don't already know) then talk to both sides on why they were arguing and how to resolve it next time, I'd then make them both do their apologies and talk it out.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would instantly stop the staff member from breaking the rule, then talk to him about why he was rule breaking and then tell him to stop. I'd then bring it up in the meeting to talk about it further in the meeting and come to the conclusion there.
