Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
If a player was mic spamming i would ask they nicely to stop if they refuse I will gag them. If after I gag him/her they carry on i will gag and warn them.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would ask them to stop if they don't i will report it to LT as soon of possible so it can be dealt with accordingly.
Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when a player uses 3rd party soft were to communicate with other player to gain an unfair advantage.
Example:
Player 1 is killing all of the props with out hesitant and I would go in to fspec and look at the player and other suspicious player and see if when one is a hunter and another is a prop and they are killing everyone i would think that they are more than likely ghosting.

You can't even deal with ghosters as a mod admin anymore so I would you say you are in need of more active lead team members (this isn't targeted towards anyone who is on an inactivity with for a valid reason).
