Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random Death Match or RDM is when a player is killed with no valid RP reason.

Example:
Nickolas_The GNAR sees Kyber and remembers he killed him while he had his defibrillator on him and wants to take revenge, he then proceeds to shoot to kill Kyber.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule or NLR, is the rule which prevents you from interacting with a district that you died in within 3 minutes, it also prevents you from remembering anything that you saw or heard in a previous life.

Example
Dankek kills Viking in the Bank district with a valid RP reason, Viking then decides to re-enter the Bank district and remembers Pakalam had a PSG-1 and he decides to arrest him in the streets.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Firstly I would teleport to Player X and bring him to a roof and ask him to explain the situation to him. If Player Y had a valid reason to kill him I would alert Player X to the rule. If Player X gave an answer which would make the kill RDM or he gives a very vague answer of what happened I would teleport to Player Y and make sure he isn't in RP and then once he is out of it I would bring him to the sit with Player X and ask why he killed him, if Player Y claimed he had a valid reason and Player X disagreed I would ask Player X for evidence that he broke the rule. If the evidence was suffice I would punish Player Y. If Player Y gave a reason for killing Player X that was invalid, I would check Player Y's rapsheet and if it was clean I would verbally warn him but if Player Y has recent punishments or is a repetitive offender then I would punish them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Firstly I would teleport to Player X to make sure he isn't in RP and if he is I would wait for them to be out of RP. I would then bring them to a roof and get them to explain the situation in further detail, mainly checking if the districts were the same to see whether or not it is actually breaking NLR. I would then teleport to Player Y to make sure he isn't in RP and if he is I would wait for them to be out of RP and then bring them to the roof. I would then tell Player Y that he cant break NLR. I would then check Player Y's rapsheet and if it was clean I would verbally warn him but if Player Y has recent punishments or is a repetitive offender then I would punish them.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I have recently started to have more fun playing SSRP to the point of starting my own gang. I have decided to apply after being told by a few people (Agent and dankek) to apply for Mod. I know from my gametrackers that my game time doesnt look very good as it looks like i have only started playing today, but I have been on previously, though I do not know whether I can get any SSRP staff members to vouch that I have been on. I had been playing for around an hour a day for the two previous days but it hasn't tracked for some reason. I feel I have a vast knowledge of the rules and have been moderator in the past. I do not have any recent warnings and do not plan on getting any. I have one warn on my entire rapsheet which is invalid. I am currently a Super Admin on Prop Hunt, which I believe backs up that I am able to consistently do my job and show a good attitude. I have held 5 other staff ranks in the past which shows that I have heaps of experience to show my knowledge of the TOU and whatnot, and how to properly enforce the rules. I am active on the forums and Teamspeak and am actively available to help on the server. I have recently come off activity and I believe this should not stop me from getting this role.
