Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: A Random Death Match or RDM is the term for another player walking up to someone and killing them for no apparent reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule meaning anything that happened before you die is as if it didnt happen to you, as an example if player x walked up to player y and killed them, then player y cannot walk up and kill them for a previous murder.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: What i would do as a moderator is, get more information off of player y and x and if they have evidence other than console logs than i would check that evidence (picture,video) or if they cannot provide the evidence than i could get an admin to check damage logs to get proper evidence, then i could warn player y.
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Ask if said player has any evidence in picture or video form if not i would get more information off of player x and y and warn y
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): I think i should be chosen as a moderator because i have had some experience at moderating on two gmod darkrp servers, i have dealt with previous situations of all kinds, i am very mature when it comes to responsibility and i am good at listening to what is needed, i am very good at helping in tough situations and would never abuse my power. I may have only joined the server 3 days ago but i am already trying to help out as much as i can without the role or permissions of moderator, if i were to be accepted i would take as much of my time to help the players in need. As the role of moderator i would fix any problems and situations that are important to keep the server happy and in shape, i am never rude to anyone unless massively provoked, but i am usually very kind and considering but harsh when needed.[/b]
