Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

Being moderator on Zarp SSRP was my first for being staff member in garry's mod. This makes me learn a lot about commands, rules and situation of f1's. Special thanks to my mentor Oxyfoxy <3. He gaves me his experience of super admin and some tips that i know. it will contribute a lot for me as an admin

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

There was a police and a gangster. The gangster keeps raiding the PD but when he die or he get jailed, his friend the cop revived him or unjailed him to he can come back and raid and kill all the other cops. So i bring the cop and the gangster but i didn't know how to do this situation. First, i checked the logs and saw that he defib him in police/disctrict every minute and unjailed him everytime and i saw the situation. But i didn't know for what reason i should warn them and they thought this was autorize. So i ask help to an admin who said that was corruption and told them they were wrong. I learn a lot about check in logs and compare kills and unarrest

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello ! Congrats for joining the SSRP Staff Team. I will learn you the basics tips that you will need as a moderator like the commands or the menu as a staff

Commands

/goto <name/steamid> Use this to go to someone

/tp <name/steamid> Use this to bring the guy to where you are looking for ( tips : bind key "say /tp" press this key to tp to where you aiming)

/bring <name/steamid> - Use this to bring someone to you

/freeze <name/steamid> - Use this to freeze people
/unfreeze to unfreeze them

/warn <steamid> reason - Use this to warn someone when he broke the rules
/unwarn <steamid> - Use this to remove someone's warn when you have done a mistake

/kick <name/steamid> - Use this command to kick people from the server.

/slay <name/steamid> - Use this command to slay a person. Like if a guy spawn killing everyone with jugg and mini 2.0 you can slay him

F1 Report System

By pressing F1, you will see a windows appear with 4 sections:

Admin Requests : You will see active F1s currently handled or not.

Warnings : You will see the recents warnings applied.

Logging : Here you can see the logs like the kills, arrest, who connected

Active NLR : You will see the current NLR : who has NLR and in which district.

F6 System

Here you can see the sanctions a player had without he is connected or not.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If Player x appels his ban with a lot of details, a lot of apology and effort. I will reduce the ban and think a lot about it. If i need to ban him again, i will not reduce it again.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I should be promoted to admin because i'm very active on the server, teamspeak and forum(but there was my holidays). I help new people who are coming in the server and i could be mroe easier to help them with noclip,godmode and bring them with physics guns. And it will be mroe easir to stop rdmers or random people here just for fun and proppush everyone. I'm just 16 but i'm very mature and can handle some serious situation and not be kid trolling. I want to grind the ssrp staff team and become head admin !

You made a thread saying you would be inactive for one week yesterday, so I think the best course of action for you would be to revoke your application.

Also, seeing as you recently RDMed and it is on a recording, you should probably wait a few weeks before applying again.
