Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Because in my time as a moderator I felt the joy in helping in people and I wish to continue such thing as an admin(astator). The times I felt restricted to being just a mod and not being able to help someone to my fullest extend has contributed me to becoming an admin even more. And lastly I want to improve myself and the way I see that's by trying to get a promotion to admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

As a moderator the hardest situation I could remember dealing with was a situation where someone was prop blocking the spawn and he wasn’t removing his props after I asked him many times.As a moderator I can’t remove props and there was no admins online to delete props.The only thing I could do is to call an admin to delete this props or ban the guy for propblocking.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

In this message i will explain you the basic stuff.
Firts of all the new commands are:
you can see all the commands at tab menu when you click a player


/slay <name><Steam ID> - Slay the person you have in ur target

/kick <name><Steam ID> - Kick the person you have in your target

/freeze <name><Steam ID> -Freeze's the person you have selected in tab meny for how long you want

/mute <name><Steam ID> - Mutes the person you have in target. (Hes Mic)

/tp <name><Steam ID> - Teleport your self if you do /tp to the place you are looking and /tp <name> , <SteamID> teleport the selected person at the place you are looking

/goto <name><Steam ID> - Teleports you to the player you selected

/bring <name><Steam ID> - Brings the player to you.

The last command is unban from job. You mostly use this command when someone got false demote or random demote.

The F1 system. - You also have a different F1 system now than when you were a user. Now when you are pressing F1 you can see the active F1's the priority who made the F1 and who is handling it. Second tab is Warnings you can see active warnings and who warned this guys. Third tab is logging, you can find there everything you need like who got killed by who and who got arrested and demoted and everything you will need to handle your F1's.

The admin keypad checker. - Is also a new tool you will be given. you use it to check peoples keypads for their closing time, and to see which doors the keypad is connected too. you do this by aiming and left clicking on the keypad you want to check.

As a moderator you will encounter tons of different people, and not everyone will be as easy to talk with as the other.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello X I have read your appeal and I think it better.
First of all I want to say sorry and I felt ban was the only solution as you propspam and propspam its high priority.
Now after watching what I done I am thinking of it that I didn’t explain you what you did and I straight ban you. I think that was not right.

About you ban I lowered it from permanent to 1 week .Hopefully you will think this ban as punishment and you will not do it again

Why I should be promoted. We recommend around 150 words.

I feel that I should be promoted because I am an active member and helping a lot of people and making a lot of F1s’. Helping new players and stoping rule breakers. I think i should be promoted because i helped alot of people and I cant handle some situations as moderator. As admin I will be able to catch rule breakers easier. I will be more effective as an admin than I would be as a moderator I will have more powers and more in my 'pocket' to catch rulebreakers

You've taken a long break from Zarp and I think you should go for Moderator first to make sure you have good knowledge of the rules and remember how to properly handle sits.

You should elaborate a bit more on the fourth segment of the application (Explain how you would handle the following situation), because it looks a bit rushed and is missing a few things. Additionally, it has been a long time since you were a staff member at ZARP, so I think it would only be best if you applied for moderator first so you can get the gist of things again. You have previous experience, so I can see you being a good moderator, but not yet an admin.
