Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I feel my time as moderator will contribute greatly to me getting admin, because it gave me more confidence in handling situations in game, it has also shown to the other staff member and users im not an abusive staff member and I can be trusted.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I've not really encountered an obstacle in Bhop yet, because it seems all the users have respect for staff members when they're telling them to do something/not to do something like telling them to stop mic spamming.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello Player, Congratulations on your position as moderator, I will go through your powers with you.
Mute Chat - Mute there chat if they are being disrespectful, spamming chat or something else.
Kick - Use kick to kick users who do not listen to you after using punishments like mute, gag or others and are constantly rulebreaking.
Freeze - You don't need to use this on bhop.
Slay - Maybe slay them if they exploited there time
Strip Weapons - Not needed
Mute Globally - Mute their mic in-game. This is used if they are being disrespectful, micspamming or being racist.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be chosen for Bhop admin because I try to come on the server every day and night, I do this to make sure all the users on the server are having a really good experience on Zarp Bhop. I've also been staff on other Zarp servers like Dark-rp staff, Minecraft staff, CSGO 1V1 staff which shows that I can adapt to different environments and situations really quickly. I also try to come on Zarp's TeamSpeak as much as I can to speak to other Zarp Staff members and users, i do this to talk to my friends and to meet new people. Thanks for reading!
