Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I feel like it my time as a moderator has been short but good as i have dealt with many rule breakers. I believe i have done a good job and i know i'll do a better job if it got admin

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): An Example of situation i couldn't handle properly is that there was a racist guy but i could only kick him for being racist instead of ban as i didnt have the command. I tried to call someone on my friends list but they didn't answer

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: First of all, i would congratulate them on getting their rank. I'd go over how we expect them to behave and help out when the users need help. I would first explain the "!warn" menu and the "f6" menu to them and then after that i'd explain the commands they we're given from their promotion. If they had any questions, i would answer all their questions to my fullest knowledge. They would probably know to follow the rules but i'll tell them anyway.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Admins aren't allowed to handle "cheating" ban appeals

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I believe i should be accepted as i know the rules and i've done a good job as moderator even though it has been a short time, i will be able to do more as Admin if i got it. I am also active and will continue being active. I know i haven't been to a meeting yet but ill be at this next one for sure!
