Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: Well i am really active i am friendly i have my moments but i will always apologise and i am just good to get to know, also i know what each command means and what situation i will need to use them in.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)
I never have had a proper situation yet but probaly the worst was like people would spam on their mic so i had to wait a matter of time until i could mute them.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
I would tell them all the commands and when to use them also i would probably get them to test like the system of mutes and warn on their self for a better understanding.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would look and put the fact they put effort into their appeal that showed and cared, I would look at why they got banned in the first and if it was just like racism or something i would keep a really good eye on them and warn them not to do anything like that, that could offend someone, if it was like autostrafing or gun spam or anything like that just keep a really good eye on them.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I am really active everyone could mostly agree i'm really friendly but i do have my times i guess, I am always here to help out and I'm good to know, I have experience on other servers of ex mod and and admin so i know what i'm Doing.
