Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

Player Z is spamming text chat with racism, homophobia or anti-semitism. I then mute and warn them for the offence they have committed (racism, homophobia or anti-semitism) and un-mute them after a full round. He imminently begins spamming racist slurs so I kick him instantly due to this being his 2nd offence. He then joins back and begins his normal routine of spamming racist slurs. I now ban him according to his rap sheet for reason "Racism" or whatever they have committed.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

As an Admin, I am not allowed to ban for cheating and I am not allowed to handle my own reports as this would lead to bias. However lets say the situation happened, this is how I would handle it...

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I have been a Mod for 3-4 days, I have had 1 situation on my first day and have been clean ever since. I believe I will be an exceptional candidate and others have told me they think so too, that is why I'm applying on my first week. I have asked other Admins and they have stated I can go to Sundays' meeting and still apply beforehand, so due to my high amount of reports handled, high amount of hour time and understanding of the commands and rules (thanks to LonelyDodo and Kurze <3), I feel very confident to applying for Admin.

TLDR:

I have high amount of reports and hour count, and I feel confident in handling reports and knowing the rules. Many other staff, Mods and Admins have told me to apply this week and I agree with them. I understand I have been a Mod for 3 days and I may not have the experience of the other applicants, however I believe I have the skill and knowledge to become an Admin.

Pros:

- Mature, helpful and welcoming
- Great in reports and handling them fairly
- Good knowledge of rules and punishments
- High report count and hour count

Cons:

- 1 Issue on my First Day
- Not attended meeting until Sunday
- Lack of Language Diversity

As stated in your application you have a fair amount of time, the only downside is that you did get a report in your first day and that could hold you back this week.

That being said. I can easily look over it and I know you're ready for more responsibility!
