Something I was told on my first day of moderating is that admins are usually accepted at then end of their 2nd week of moderating unless they are exceptional.

Whilst I know you are a great guy and could benefit the staff team you also do have 1 accepted RA against you this week which does weight on you.... Remember that you have to attend at least 1 meeting before being accepted as an admin. Good luck!
