Languages I speak: English and Dutch

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I'd ask them to stop, if the person keeps mic spamming I would Mute/gag him and ask him to stop again.
If he doesn't do this the second time I will mute/gag and warning him.
Third time around I would kick him from the server with the reason " Mic spam "

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If its a new bug, report it and make sure the player gets warned for exploiting and knows what he did wrong.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is where two or more friend talk to each other and tell each other where the surviving props are.

Player A is dead, and tells player B that a prop is a book and hiding in the kitchen under the floor.

Player B runs in and shoots that book straight away.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I'm currently a SA on the TTT server and I'd like to join this squad too!
I'm a straight forward person that knows when to have some banter and knows when its time to be serious. I want to become part of the staff team because I want to make the server as clean as possible.

I'd make a good part of the team and continue to contribute in this community and keep the server a fun one!
