Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
If someone was text or mic spamming I would warn them to stop either verbally or through text chat. If they persisted I would mute/gag them and leave them muted/gagged for a certain period of time. If they continued after getting unmutted/ungagged I would mute/gag them once more and warn them. They would also be muted/gagged for a longer period of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would verbally warn them at first to cease committing the exploitation. If they continued despite my verbal warning, I would slay and warn them. Further exploitation committed by this user would result in a kick, and if they would not let up I would inform an admin of their actions in order for them to face the consequences based off the admins discretion.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when an individual gives another individual information giving them an unfair advantage.This can be done in a number of ways, such as through discord, teamspeak, steam chat, and many more platforms allowing for communication online. An example is if two friends are playing, and one person is on each team. Once the individual on the prop team dies, he would inform the player on the hunters where all the other props are, allowing for the friend who is the hunter to easily eliminate the props.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Even though my activity isnt the best Ill be on everyday until the meeting and will be much more active once I get staff. Their isn't a lot of staff so I thought Id throw my hat in the ring and help out the server. Im already an admin on TTT and feel ive been doing a good job. I am also from NA so it would allow me to be on much later then most of your current staff.

I would rather you have more consistent activity before getting accepted, but if you can prove yourself to have an excellent attitude and show incredible activity by the meeting, then I don't see why not.

Having just a few active staff members is going to do more than having a lot of people who never even join the server.

It looks like he probably took inspiration, which is fine, but the application itself is never what should be solely looked at, rather how the user handles themselves ingame, their activity, punishments, attitude, etc.

Prophunt doesn't struggle due to a lack of staff. We simply have standards, which is necessary.
