Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death match otherwise known as "rdm" is when you kill someone out of rp reason.
Example: Player A kills player B beceause he doesn't like him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule otherwise known as "NLR" is when you remember ur past actions.
Example: Player A got killed by player B during raid in Rich district, so player A goes back to kill him in order to save his/hers stuff.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First i would listen to both stories, whilst listening i will pay attention to every sentence..
After everything adds up i would ask for video/screenshot proof to back up his/hers storie.
If player Y is guilty i will punish him/her with a warning or a ban if they have recents for rdm.
If player Y is innocent i will ask to provide proof to back up theyre storie next time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would hear the storie of both sides, and figure out if he spawn killed him/her or not..
If player Y is guilty i would punish him/her with a warning or with a ban if he/she has recents.
If player Y is innocent i would ask player X for proof, if there is no proof i would ask to record or screenshot next time to back theyre storie.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
Really, I just love the job. I've done it many times for many hours, and it never gets old. There's always something new, and I can make sure that everyone has fun RPing without people ruining the experience. DarkRP already has boatloads of variety, and being able to serve as staff widens that variety greatly. Not only do I have experience, but I have enough enthusiasm to enjoy being staff for months without burnout.
I have had previous staff experience on servers such as "dutchrp" "orangerp" "hyplex networks" the highest rank that i ever had was head of staff.
Being head of staff i learned to solve demotion requests, train and make sure that staff is set to do it's job.
During these previously experiences i have never had any problem, nor was i ever demoted for abuse etc..
I'm sure that i won't be having issues with commands or when i'm the only mod online.
So far i have enough hours on zarp and no single punishments, i try my hardest best to follow the rules.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something

ZARP DarkRP Staff Meeting – Every Saturday 7PM UTC

There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.
