When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
It would be appropriate to use the ban command when :
- Leaving to avoid punishment.
- A user is still breaking basic server rules after being warned multiple times.
- Confirmed hacking | Exploiting.
- A user is being racist, continiously harrasing or being extremly disrespectful towards other users.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
During my time as moderator, I've encountered a situation when two french players joined the server and then they started shouting french racist terms via the voice chat.
Luckily I understood what they were saying, so I contacted an administrator and sorted the situation out.

Why I should be promoted:
If I get promoted, I would be able to do more things for the server and I wouldn't need to wait for an admin or higher rank to join the server. Because that would take too much time and the rule-breaker could have left the server and he wouldn't be punished for what he did. Also, I currently hold many positions such as Super Admin on SSRP, TS3 staff, Forum staff and of course Deathrun mod which shows a relatively good level of trust and experience in high staffing roles. I spend countless of hours on the ZARP servers which show how dedicated I am and even tough I play on different game modes, I always manage to get my time on Deathrun.
I think that I would be able to make a good contribution in the server to stop the rulebreakers better than I have been able to as a moderator, and I will be able to help people on the server to give them an even better experience on the server. I know the rules of Deathrun well, and I will continue to help all players on Deathrun to stay with the server and enjoy their time there, as I have as a Moderator, but will do to a much further extent if I were to become an Admin.
