Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I feel that it is enough because I do alot of F1s that may be enough to get me promoted and as a new moderator I did alot of mistakes at the begining but know I get the hang of it now which will really help me if I get "Adminstrator Rank". Plus it will be helpful to get the "No-Clip", "Cloak" commands and even the "Phys-gun" pick up.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): It was when I had this sit of a racist guy which I was asking in "Admin Chat" if someone can ban him, I was on a roof then like 10 players propclimbed and got up to me at once, I kept Teleporting them away but they kept comming and mic spamming and i had to "Freeze / Mute" them so it was hard typing these commands until and admin came up to me and saw me strugling so they helped me

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello, Player, Congrats for your Moderator rank. As being a Moderator, alot of things have changed, for example, the F1 Menu which contains of 4 different tabs, the first tab is the "Admin Request", Here you can see / Handle/ Discard F1s made by users. Second tab which is "Warnings" Here you can see the warnings give out recently. Third tab is "Logging" Here you can see every Killl / Arrest (Shows Steam Name only) / NLR Broken / (etc.) happened on the server, you can use the "search logs" to search a specific person. Fourth tab is the "Active NLR" Here you can see people who currently having NLR and where it is and the time left for it.
After you know all of that, here is the commands you can do as a moderator:
/tp (teleports you or the player to where you are looking) , /goto player (goes to a player) , /bring
player (brings a player to you) , /freeze player (freezes the player) , /warn SteamID (warns player) , /kick SteamID (Kicks player) , /chatmute (mutes player form typing) , etc.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
For doing alot of weekly F1s I really think that an "Adminstrator rank" will help me through my journey being a staff member, I am enjoying my time as a moderator but it would be helpful to have No-clip and physgun pick up and to enjoy the whole staff experince.
