Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
This is my 2nd time being a mod and I've gotten a finer polish on the rules and i think could many more things when I'm an admin with new commands given to me.Also the admin powers would make it less stressful on me when i am doing sits or people getting rdmed. As a mod i was able to learn how to take responsibility for my own sits. mod showed me how to take full responsibility on how to handle situations on the problem that is occurring.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Many people have l tapped in my sits, I couldn't give them the right punishment because didn't have those powers (EX: Banning them.)
When i was on server there where many different people where prop spamming and i couldn't ban them, the only thing i could do was kick them. If some l tapped during my sit i would either have to wait for an admin to get on to ban the person who l tapped also if there is no one on then i would have to let it go and let the person who l tapped get away.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
1. tab menu- you can use this to see all the options like (kick, rap sheet, unban from job, Freeze, slay, mute globally, teleport, back)
2.Kick- Kick is use for people who are mass rule braking and prop spamming.
3.Rap sheet- Rap sheet is used to see their recent warnings and when they expire.
4. Unban from job- This is used to unban people from jobs they been banned from.
5.Freeze- Freeze is used to make the person not be able to move or shoot when your in a sit also used for if someone is mass rdming.
6.Slay- Slay is used to slay people there are 4 types of slays but you should only use silent in rp situations.
7.Mute Globally- Mute Globally is used to mute peoples voice chat for set amount of time.
8.Teleport-Teleport teleports the user to where your cursor is placed on
9.Back-Back Teleports the user back to their original location after being teleported and back spawn is used to send the user back2spawn

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I will message the admin that banned player x and discus the appeal and explain that player x put a lot of effort into writing his ban appeal and go over with the admin that banned him. And on the forums i will reply on the appeal and state weather it will get lowered or unbanned or stay the same.In this case as the user has put a lot of effort into making his appeal and he is greatly sorry for what he did I would accept his appeal.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I think i should be promoted because i want to help out with the f1s in a the better way with my new powers that i'm given when i'm promoted to admin(Moving people with my phys gun,banning people, jailing them) and help the zarp community. As mod i wasn't able to ban anyone if they l tapped so as admin i can ban prop spammers and l tappers. Most of the time i am acitve on the server i can help get f1 done quicker and make zarp a better community.
