What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player is ruining the game for the deaths by telling the trap order and stuff

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Warn him, on the third strike kick.

Why I should be chosen: I've moderated on a lot of servers in cod, minecraft, gmod. I was a head admin on a cod 4 deathrun server. I know how to deal with people. I'm always online. I'm pro (jk)

Haven't been active very long. Recommended around 2 weeks of activity before going for a staff role.
