Languages I speak: Fluent English and decent Spanish.

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I would teach them first how to stay on different sides of the ramp and how the gamemode works. Next, I'd explain more complex stuff like strafing, corners, flicks and alternate styles such as unreal. I'd spectate them and give them advice on how to improve if they required further attention.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: First I'd give them a verbal warning, then if they persist I'd mute/gag them for 10 minutes, then finally warn and kick them (or mute them for longer if possible).

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Firstly, I would verbally warn them and ask them not to do it again. If they persist, I'd skip straight to warning and kicking them and asking the rest of the server to not abuse this exploit (just in case). If they rejoined and carried on, I would notify a higher up to ask for them to be banned. After this, I'd stay on the server spectating everyone to monitor whether they picked up on the exploit.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have past experience as surf staff on a few servers, but mostly all of my experience comes from other gamemodes, such as bhop and deathrun. I've been in the surf community for a good few years and I've got knowledge of maps, so I can recognize an exploit when I see one. Apart from this, I can be helpful and friendly while still harsh to rulebreakers.

Extra Information: (Not Required) I don't have much playtime this week since I've been a bit burnt out on surf, but I've rekindled my love for it and hope to be playing it frequently soon.
