I know I just returned from holiday but I never had problem with my activity and I will have a consistent and good activity. Before I went to Hungary my activity was very good and since I've been back it's been exceptional. I deal with situations every day, whether it's catching hackers, sorting out staff or simply stopping rulebreaks. I'm on TS all day and although I don't always see PMs in game if you poke me on TS or message me on Steam you nearly always get an instant response.

1600h+ Recorded ingame. I've been part of community since 2015. I spent nearly 2years actively staffing on SSRP. Currently I've been staff for 8month.

What have I done and achieved already

In the past 2 month of being SuperAdmin I achieved and worked on many things. I've been monitoring the staff team constantly and correcting them when I could. This ensured a stronger and better staff team. I also did the absolute best to support them on their learning curve of being staff here at zarp. I've trained alot of staff members every week and ensured they know everything.

I have done a lot of Administrative work withing the Lead Team. With the help of Raeker I got things added to the OneNote and things removed. This helps as greatly record information about important information. I also go through the OneNote on daily bases fixing issues and contacting other LeadTeam members about errors they make. Whether it's forgetting to record something or putting things in wrong places.

I have worked with nearly all of our staff team and I've only got positive feedback back. I aim for the best for SSRP and the staff team. Although some people might look at me as a "snake" or as a "bitch" because of this, my intentions are never bad. When ever I do something the only thing that's always in front of me is to improve the server.

I have also worked extremely hard to get people on the team that deserve to be there even if it took me to keep objecting until I've been hated or whether it's get people of the team who are doing very badly and can not change.

We might have different views and we might disagree on some things but my intention is the best for SSRP and I care about the server a lot.

My Plans for the future as a Head Admin

As a Head Admin it is much easier to do things as you have a lot more power in your hands which comes with responsibility. My number one goal as a Head Admin to ensure as much fun on the server as I can for the players. Of course some people may refer to me as "anti-fun". Well I am serious about rulebreaking, as Head Admin I would do fun and exciting events and programs on the servers. I know how frustrating it is that we have to wait so long for an update to come, and I know there isn't much you can do on SSRP right now. I want to change this. I want to be a Head Admin who cares about the server being enjoyable and as a Head Admin I can host fun events and programs.

I will also improve Staff relations. This is something I'm already doing but as a Head Admin I would be able to do an even better job. My main focus is finding a balance between staffing and playing the server. I absolutely hate that some people need to wait sometimes an hour to get help with 15+ unhandled F1s. At times I join in myself to do them however I'm very busy doing other staff aswell and I can't be there doing F1s. So I would get the Lead Team together in order to manage the staff team to work together and get those users their needed help.

I know some of you have mixed feeling about me and I understand it. I'm one of those people you need to meet to know. And people who know me well know that I'm capable of all of this.

My Skills and About Me

Introduction
I joined this community back in November of 2015. I bought Gmod on a Black Friday deal for very cheap. I bought it because one of my friends was playing it; Gamesys. I bought it and he invited me to this server called ZARP. As for every one my first 1-2 weeks was a learning curve. New game, new gamemode and at that time my English wasn't the best either. So I had some troubles but I got the hang of it. Soon I applied for moderator and boom I was accepted. It was an amazing experience for me. I know it's just a moderator rank but to me it felt like a lot more. I even got a bit too emotional, at the time I was just 12 years old and in the past if I applied for a position I always been rejected due to my age but ZARP gave me a chance. So I learned very quickly and achieved an Admin position. However after 7month I lost interest in Gmod due to all my friends playing Rainbow Six Siege and LoL so I decided I will join them and I resigned. after 2 years have passed I came back and applied for mod again in January 2018 and yeah, you know the rest from there.

Dedication
I'm a dedicated member of this community . I'm on the Forums, TeamSpeak and ingame everyday. It's very easy to contact me and I'm always there. I've been a dedicated member of the community for 9 months now, 8 of which were as staff. I have very good activity and gametime on SSRP.

Experience
I've been an SSRP staff to close to 2years now (with breaks between) and I have a great experience when it comes to anything. I have an extraordinary knowledge of the rules and I know the ins and outs of the server from all perspectives. If you need advice or help I'm one of the best people to go to. I have also been around very good staff members in the past and learned alot from them.

Trust
I'm a highly trusted member of the community. I'm holding a TeamSpeak staff rank and multiple Section Moderator ranks on the forums. I've never abused my powers and there never been an issue with me misusing them. I'm someone who you can trust with high powers and this has been proven by my staffing and dedication in the past 2 years.

Leadership
In the 2 months of being Super Admin I learned how to be a good leader. There've been ups and downs but what learning curve doesn't have ups and downs. I have great experience in knowing how to manage people and deal with sensitive issues. I can make good independent decisions when it comes to anything. Overall I would be a good candidate for the Head Admin position.

Maturity
I'm 16 years old. Although I believe maturity is not defined by age it's an effecting and helping factor. Over the course of these 8 months I have matured greatly and learned a lot. I know how to act in situations and I know when to joke and when to not. I know how to apply pressure on people to get them admit to their mistakes and I know when to be someone supporting you in hard situations. I've talked to many people whether in sits or as a SuperAdmin dealing with issues on TeamSpeak they can all tell I've done a mature and great job. I've also had many great people to learn from mostly higher ups.

What differentiates you as a canditate, than others? Anyhow, judging by what I've seen of you I would consider you fit for the Head Administrator position. I'm not going into detail but there are certainly a lot of good things about you and your way of doing things.

Well that's a very good question and let me answer it. One of the biggest difference that separates me from Ella and Oxy that I've been a staff for way longer than both of them which gives me some advantage in Experience. I have also experienced SSRP in all of it's forms mainly from back in 2015. These things are very important to know how to manage the server and to know what is the best for the server. Regarding to EiPUS he has a lot of experience aswell, same as me but the thing with him is that he isn't as active now days. That is because he plays the server a lot more than I do. I enjoy staffing and that keeps me motivated. For him it's the updates new items and fun staff.
