I changed my name so it messed up my gametracker for some reason so i have two, Sorry if it makes things more complex.

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
Firstly I would explain to them how surfing works and that you gradually get better over time and it doesn't in most cases come naturally. After the brief conversation over how surfing isn't easy, however you shouldn't give up i would proceed to show them the basics such as just jumping onto the ramps and being able to stay on them just by using the `A` and `D` keys and once they have gotten the hang of it we would start to learn more on gaining speed with the position of the mouse and how to smoothly transfer onto ramps.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
Firstly I would verbally warn them, Secondly I would verbally warn them again, thirdly mute them temporarily and after the mute timer is up if they continued for a fourth time i'd kick them if they rejoin and continue i'd permanently mute them and tell them if they feel the mute was unfair or falsely applied then they can simply visit the appeal section on the forums to maybe get another chance.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Warn them not to do it again and try my best to make sure that no one else exploits the bug, after i have reported the bug to a administrator or owner. If i do catch the same person exploiting again i'd kick them and report them with the hope to maybe get them temporarily banned while the bug gets fixed.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe I should be chosen as I have a long history with this server and the zarp community in general which i go over in the extra information section... however besides the history i truly adore this server and love what it has to offer but considering i have being on the server for around 9 months i see my fair share of newcomers coming in and don't really care about the server so they do anything and it doesn't really matter to them and from what iv'e seen lately the surf server is quite understaffed and i think i could contribute a lot to it.

Extra Information: (Not Required)
So, if you glanced other my profile when reading this application you probably saw my admin application which was accepted 7 months ago but following that was a lot of resigning forums because i had a server of my own which wasn't a `community` but it was something for people i know personally to come on with. But because of the terms when becoming apart of the zarp staff team you can't do that... however i ended the server 5 months ago and i really hope i can join the community as a staff member once again as i love the community as i mentioned above and i hope i can leave the past behind but i understand if that stops me from becoming part of the team.

Haven't seen you in-game yet but your app is fairly detailed and as you said about your game tracker just keep activity up till meeting.

(btw your game tracker creates a new profile when you change your name. so its recommended that you gain activity with the same name/profile)

Your application is quite detailed and good, but so far from the game trackers you have provided you only have one day of activtiy, you will need to play almost everyday up until the meeting in order to stand a chance of being accepted. In future, whilst playing the server you shouldent change your name because then gametracker messes up.
