My Personality:
I am an honest and kind person, and I always do my best to be fair to all those I interact with. Even when a user is being grossly disrespectful, I take pride in handling their situations with clarity and fairness. I am pragmatic but always looking towards the future. I am intelligent and creative, often solving problems with unique solutions. I am loyal, and I do not compromise the trust of those who place in me their trust. Above all else, I live by what is I believe is right, and I do not compromise this creed of always doing the right thing.

My Traits and Abilities:
I am able to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations, and I am capable of defusing tense situations with great skill. I am proficient in leading by example and working right alongside other staff members to help them solve situations and learn new skills in administrating. I am self-aware of my faults and work to improve and overcome weaknesses, while compensating for them with other skills and proficiencies. I have a keen sense of right and wrong, and am able to operate while not compromising my values.

My Leadership Experience:
Besides my experience as a leader on ZARP, I have experience running and administrating many other servers over the years. I take charge in situations, and always fight for what I believe is the right course of action. I have and continue to set a positive example for other staff members, and I am capable of leading with a fair and guiding hand, as well as with stern discipline when needed. This experience all has contributed to my ability to be an excellent lead team member and leader.

My Super Admin Experiences:
During my time as an SA I learned a great number of things. I learned how to deal with particularly problematic issues that are not amenable to inelegant solutions, and require creative problem solving in order to reach a solution that is equitable and fair. I have dealt with numerous doxxes, out of game trades, and scams that skirt policy and even legality with confidence and I have learned from each of them. I have helped introduce policy and rule changes as needed, and I have continued to administrate alongside other staff members as needed, as well as pushing the staff team to ensure f1s and other problems are handled in a reasonably timely manner.

My Understanding of Zarp Processes:
I have a thorough understanding of how ZARP operates. As a longtime member of the community, it was at first confusing with all the changes since I had last played when I came back at the beginning of the year, however I have since then learned the new policies and functions of the community. I have become familiar with the ins and outs of rules, and have helped to influence policy and rule change decisions, as well as other types of changes within the
community. I understand better than most (though certainly not all) how actual changes to SSRP occur, and that these changes rely on the Server Owners to be introduced. I am excited to continue to help SSRP become the best it can be, and that includes shaping policy and procedure.

My Goals as Head Administrator:
My number one goal as a Head Admin will be to raise the standards of the staff team, to make sure users feel that they are well taken care of. We ought to hold our staff team to a high standard, they are the face of the community, and are a big part of retaining new members of the community. Staff members need to be able to handle a great variety of situations with speed and effectiveness, while maintaining a level of fairness in their administration. As a HA it will be my goal to help guide the staff team to where they need to be in terms of efficacy in order to maintain and raise the bar in terms of standards we as staff members hold ourselves to. I will endeavor to not only hold the rest of the staff team to a high standard, but also myself. I will do my utmost to be the best Head Admin I can be for the SSRP community.

Why Me:
I strongly believe I am the best candidate to join the Head Admin team. I am a well respected member of the community, and have been around for a very long time. As a longtime member of the community, I have seen many changes in policy and procedure and I have seen how these changes have had an effect on the staff team’s ability to administrate as well as on the ability of all members of the community to enjoy themselves here at ZARP. As I have seen these changes happen and their effects on the community, I have a valuable perspective on why certain policies are in place and how effective they are. Not only do I understand the rules, I also understand why we have those rules, and what purpose they serve in the overall functioning of SSRP and community as a whole.
Beyond this knowledge, I also am extremely dedicated, and I am determined to help make ZARP the place I know it can be. I will be a great asset to the Head Administrative team, and I look forward to setting a positive example for all.

I would like to point out that gametracker counts your playtime even if you don't get any score. Only issue is when you don't get score is it doesn't count low play time. If you take a look at my play time you can see that I still have playtime with no score. I recommend trying to stay on the server for around 100-170 minutes and at that time it always counts the time for me atleast
