Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
They would be warned in chat or over psay. If they continued to spam they would be muted/gagged for the rest of that round. If they continue to spam after being unmuted/gagged then I would mute/gag them again but for longer. If however they were spamming profanities, such as repeatedly yelling racial slurs I wouldn't warn and instead would straight away mute/gag them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would warn them to stop using that exploit or they will be slayen. If they continue to abuse that exploit then I would slay them as said and give them a warn for exploiting.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when a dead player informs their living friend where the rest of the living players might be. E.g Player A is dead and on the prop team. Player B is in a voice chat with Player A and is on the hunting team. Player A procedes to tell Player B where the rest of the props are.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Now although I have very little time on prop hunt, I have lots on the Zarp TTT server, as an admin, (www.gametracker.com/player/Froyo/play.zarpgaming.com:27017/). I have a commitment to making the Zarp servers comfortable for everyone and I believe I can do the same on the prop hunt server as I have done (and will continue to do) on the TTT server. Also, from my (minimal) time on the prop hunt server, I can see a lack of attention to mic and text spamming. It annoys me and lots of others and as a moderator I could easily fix this.
