Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Since I got accepted I have been very nice to people in-game. I have made sure people follow the rules and I have punished people who actually deserve it. I've changed since I got unbanned a few weeks ago and me becoming Moderator has made me help out a lot! I have been struggling with commands and i've been in need of the ban and jail command, which made me call some people over to help me out. Me becoming Admin would help a lot and would made me more useful.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There was a new player joining, to troll. He began to start shooting a few people at spawn, when I froze him, he left the server and rejoined. Once again, he and started shooting people. When I got him, I warned him for Mass RDM and he left once again. He joined again but I eventually got an Admin on to ban him, I spent a lot of time trying to get him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Congratulations for getting accepted as a Moderator here on Zarp's Semi-Serious Roleplay server! I am going to teach you a few things you'll need to know as a Moderator!

As a Moderator you need to get in touch with the current staff members.
As a Moderator, you can:
Kick players, Mute chat of people, Unban players from jobs, Freeze players, Slay people, Voice mute people, Teleport (teleports player to aiming area), Goto (goes to player), Bring (brings player to player) and Back (returns player to original position).
F1 - Checks all the kill-logs, Active NLR's, Current Warnings and Admin Requests.
F6 - Checks the punishments of specific players.

Want to apply for Administrator after a while? That's a perfect move!
You need to have a good total of F1's handled and you need trust aswell!
Trust is one of the things you need as a staff member. You also have to make sure you know the rules and make sure you follow them so you don't get accepted reports on yourself!

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I see that you've put a lot of effort into this appeal and i've taken a look at your punishments. I see that you only have one punishment and I have decided to give you another chance. If you ever do what you do again you will be back on the list and you will have to wait a long time before getting unbanned the next time. I hope you take your time to read the rules and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be promoted because I have been very respectful to users and I could be even more useful with more powers. I've struggled with people and peoiple massively rulebreaking. Since I am a Moderator right now, I cannot ban people if I really need to and I will need to gather evidence of the user before contacting an Administrator to help me. Me getting Admin would help the server and make me more useful. I'd be able to punish people further if they really need it.

I am an Ex-Administrator and I think I have what it takes to go one step further within the Staff Ranks.

You've been admin twice which means that you have enough experience to hold the position and on the top if that you're active, friendly and always willing to help.
