What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is where a dead or spectating player reveals information to runners or deaths that wouldn't have been available to them otherwise. For example, if a dead players spectates a death and tells the runners whether a trap has been activated or what door to choose on a 50/50.
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Firstly, I would verbally warn them and ask them to stop. If they continued after this, I'd mute/gag them for 5 minutes and warn them. Then if they failed to stop, I would kick them after muting them for longer if necessary. If they joined back and continued, I'd give them a further mute/gag and notify an admin so they could ban them.

Why I should be chosen: I have past experiences being moderators on servers, as well as being a current bhop moderator. I've got the hang of deathrun over the past few weeks, and have been thoroughly enjoying it. I feel that I have had enough playtime to understand the mechanics of the game and what not to do, such as ghosting and leeching and while I may not be the best at deathrun, I'm dedicated to the server and feel I would be a contribution to the already wonderful staff team.
