I am quite an active member in this section although I don’t comment on each post I do go through most that I can as there are a bunch of applications submitted each week but i do my best to cover most that i can and i try help out new members with links if i can which i have done.

I’d like to add that I have been long enough to understand TOU breaches although may not happen in SA too often but I have tried to report TOU breaches in the past whenever I could either directly messaging or poking a Forum Staff member that can handle the issue or using the report to moderator tab.

As I am quite active on forums I would be able to do my job on an hourly basis unless I am asleep or have no access to internet (which is quite rare) as I keep on refreshing the page due to me being free most of the day or having forums open alongside my work making sure that i don't miss out on the posts i am interested in.

Now onto trust, as of now I hold 2 LT positions for quite a while now showing that I can be trusted with such power as I haven’t had a report abuse against me for months now or even had a report abuse for abusing my staffing powers e.g mass slay(but you guys get the idea). I have been trusted to be given SA on JB part of the initial staff team giving further evidence of how trustworthy I am.

Just a last point is that i am helpful and make sure i do my job as an example would be before i used to do the spreadsheet completely (except the report counts) for TTT every week as an admin until i had exams just to further show that i will get my work done.

You only have 28 posts this month and quite a few of them are either responding to jailbreak applications (with denied/accepted) or your applications(+bumping them). You don't shitpost from what I've seen which is always a positive, however you lack activity this month, only having 28 posts. I'd like to see you be a bit more active in the section, however otherwise from that you're a strong candidate. Good luck. well hopefully this answers both of you

i had just returned last week from inactivity so i thought i need to get back into playing more so i can see how the players are in game rather than just posting just for the sake of posting how the app is, i felt that would just be a waste i like seeing the applicants in game first hopefully both of you will be able to understand

Then don't apply for it? I may seem a bit rude but if you were on an inactivity notice and when you came back you chose in-game over the forums (which is understandable) then maybe you don't deserve a forum rank.

i think you have misunderstood, since i am back on the server i'll be able to see how the applicants are in game and give them reliable feedback based upon their in game attitude and application as i find that to be the best mix of bringing out a person in an application as i said earlier i don't want to comment for the sake of it but i do look at the apps which gives me a slight idea of how i vote but i wait for feedback in the meeting like how staff have encountered them in game but from now on i will be seeing them in game as i said hopefully this clears up the misunderstanding

Personally I don’t see how that affects the situation as I’m not applying for an in game rank where my maturity would matter to such an extent but I do agree that with that maturity is needed but I feel that it shouldn’t really affect it too much as I am quite mature on the forums
