What is Ghosting? and give an example:
When a dead player gives information to alive runners that can help them to finish the map or get past or through certain traps for example: when a player tells the rest of the group wich portal not to go through because he died there. this gives the runners an advantage.


How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
When a player is dissrespectfull towards another player or a staff member i will first politely ask if he/she can stop with the disrespect otherwise he/she will get muted/gagged for 10 minutes and will obtain a warn for dissrespect. if he/she doesnt stop after i warned and gagged/muted them they will recieve a kick for player dissrespect. if they join back and continue they will be banned for 1 day.


Why I should be chosen:
I like this server and i play on it allot, i have experience on being staff and i have always liked it to help people out if they have problems of any sort not just ingame, sometimes when i am playing on the server there are no admins or staff online and then people get bullied, people are minging, death avoiding etc. and it grinds my gears that i cannot help them out at that exact point. thats why i have aplied for staff. it is a nice server overall and all the people on it are down to earth. ive made friendships and i would love to make more and help the people out that i like aswell as the ones i dont like. i know the ulx menu pretty good and i think i have what it takes to join the staff team and help this community grow. i hope this was a good overall text . i tried to use good english and put everything you need to now in it. if things are lacking please let me now.

My staff experiences: yes: i was admin on trippy gaming (deathrun) admin on dutch rp (dark rp) mod on official gaming (dark rp) Superadmin on electronic gaming (military rp)

Other information about me: i love skittles, gaming and listening to artists like: XXXTentacion, the slump god, migos, Trippie Red and much more. i have 3000 hours on gmod in total so i know how everything works.
i am dutch so i might have a bit of an accent .
