What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is when a player on the Zarp Gaming deathrun server gives information about or to other players when dead themself. For example if a player on the runners team dies on the Zarp Gaming deathrun server and proceeds to give crucial information to the deaths about where the remaining runners are.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I would at first kindly ask them to stop the disrespectful attitude and apologize to the victim. If the disrespectful player continues the disrespectful attitude and does not obey the staff's (my) order I would have to give the disrespectful player a warning for disrespectful behaviour and if necessary I would have to mute/gag the disrespectful player.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words)) I think I could make a positive change on the server and it's community, since I think I would be a pretty "chill" and easy to work with moderator, from a normal user's point of view but also from another staff member's point of view. I can usually sort things out pretty easily, which would be a good skill to have when dealing with different situations where a player is not obeying the rules or the staff members' orders. I have played on the server for quite some time and I've become pretty familiar with the players that mostly play there. My activity on the server has been really great and I know how to use all the moderator and admin commands (because of experience from other deathrun and bhop servers). I know my behaviour has not been ideal before, but I'm positive I can change my attitude for the better. I really hope you guys won't just judge the surface and instead dig a little deeper to see the potential for a good staff member in me. Please consider carefully. Duck is a great member of the community would make a great mod, He also likes Rich Chigga which is another reason, and he's my papa

He is actually great guy but falls into rulebreak and has lot recents which is obstacle to getting this position most likely

I like ducks so I like duck, he's a cool guy, yea he's got a lot of warns and stuff but I don't think he's that type of person and I believe he can change if he wants to.

Good guy but exploits like crazy. That's definitely something that has to change before you can be a part of the staff, in my (humble) opinion of course
