Repeated Mass RDM and Lots of recent punishments

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player x, I''ve read through your appeal and can really see your sincerity. I'm willing to half your previously two week ban for cheating down to one week, after that has been done and through I will closely monitor your profile for any punishments related to cheating. If any such punishments come up I will ban you again, and for longer.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
3rd admin application, slowly and gradually getting more and more bbcode in them. My activity has significantly improved in the past two weeks as I haven't had anything going on so can actually play (and moderate). I'd think my warn count (or report count, wahtever it's called) is pretty decent since I'll sort out every report I see.

Plus you all love me and would love to have me as admin, one step closer to LT

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application
