Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
In my short time being moderator I have had to explain the premise of bhop and how to use the servers addons.
There wasnt too many issues so i feel i can get the admin rank.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
As previously mentioned i have had to teach newer players on how to work the server, but apart from that i have had to prevent mic and text spammers from spamming the text chat and voice chat. i have muted them and kicked them when they continue.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello there!

Today I will be teaching you the basics of the rank. A quick reminder to use verbal or chat warnings before these.
First off the powers:
Kick: This is used when a defiant user refuses to follow instructions and doesn’t learn from their warnings. ( Mutes or verbal warnings)
Mute: This is used before a kick, this is when people haven’t listened to the verbal warning telling them to stop their spam.
Slay: The slay can be used to restart a users run, this is in case they have been found to be exploiting or cheating and they have refused to restart themselves.
Strip: This is used when a user is spamming their weapons to annoy or harass others. This will remove it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would ask them to prove their sincerity by gaining a good reputation on another server. Then once they have proven they are sorry i would accept their appeal as it shows good they are sorry for their actions once they have learnt their lesson.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
The server doesn't often have too many active staff members and as a moderator i feel i am not respected as much as needed for being the only staff member on, i feel this will improve on that. Also i feel that i can give more to the server as an admin as it is a larger responsibility.
