Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I would give them verbal instruction on strafing, such as holding A as you move your mouse left and holding D as you move your mouse right, as well as explaining how to change modes and mentioning the autohop. I would explain the zones, explain what sync means and give them a few tips such as increasing FOV to 90/100 and learning how to surf. If all of this fails, I'd spectate them and see if I can help through watching them, then if that failed too I'd link them a video.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Firstly, I'd warn them verbally and ask them to stop, then if they continued I'd mute/gag them for 5 minutes, then if they continued after this expired, I would mute them for 10 minutes and if they continued after this I'd kick them and if they continued after this ban them for however is necessary (probably for 1 to 12 hours).

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would ask them to stop exploiting and reset their timer (by slaying them or teleporting them to the spawn zone), then notify a higher-up of this glitch and ask it to be patched. If they continued to abuse the glitch, I would ban them for 1 to 24 hours after making sure no-one else knew of the glitch / wanted to abuse it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have past experiences as staff on servers as well as having a lot of experience on Zarp Bhop. While I can sometimes be annoying and somewhat obnoxious, I will always respond to direct orders from staff and listen to non-staff. I play on the server a lot, and I hope to give back something to the community that I've been a part of for years.
