When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
When someone got too many warnings on the server,when someone is saying racist stuff on the server because the server has 0 tolerance against racism and promoting suicide


Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I have dealt with hard people like for example i was alone and 2 people joined and they where shouting sayin racist stuff and I kept calm and i dealt with them and if i had admin i would have banned them.

Why I should be promoted:
I have been playing a lot on the server lately and i know how to handle a situation.I know that i made some mistakes but i learned from them and with the help from the staff team i know i would be a great admin.
Im a very friendly person on the server and I know when to keep calm on a situation.Players do trust me and I always help everyone as well as possible.
the mods trust me aswel for example they ask me how to handle the situation best and I give them my advice.

You are friendly and helpful, but you had one difficult situation and you did not know how to deal with it, so you must learn to deal with that when should give kick , mute , warn etc. And Fix Your Activity you are moderator for about 3-4 days.
