Trustworthy and friendly

Over the time I have spent administrating throughout the whole ZARP community, I have proven myself to be a person who helps everyone who possibly can. Due to this, I have brought many people into our staff team and helped the server so that everybody who joins can enjoy a rule-break free enviroment.
Other than just helping out, my trust has been further reinforced by the fact that i am someone who is counted on whenever help is required regarding maps or any other feature that needs to be tested.
Apart from the trust factor, the friendliness also is important, mostly because I consider the deahtrun staff team as one that has really good communication and relationship.

Experience

The time I have spent in ZARP will soon reach a year. Over this period of time I have accquired many ranks in many servers which 3 of them being Lead Team ranks. I firstly joined the community through Murder, which also was my Super Admin rank. Acheving this rank also further proved my dedication, as i worked extremely hard against all adversities to get it for 6 months. My other two Lead Team ranks have been Jailbreak andthe server i am appying for, Deahtrun. Other than my Lead Team ranks, I have been Administrator in both TTT and Prophunt. For those servers in where I aam not staff, I also try to help by trying to deal with some users without powers to make the game more enjoyable, for example in Bhop

Leadership

My leadership has been shown on many occasions in which I have helped moderators when they were struggling to deal ith hard users. I have helped them by leading them through the correct way, and I will keep doing until i make sure that they know how to correctly deal with situations.
To add on, i have trained many new moderators this last weeks and they all know they can count on me if any doubts or problems were to appear

Dedication and Time

For the time I have spent on Deahtrun, I have never lost dedicaation due to the fact that i love the gamemode and I consider the staff team to be amazing. This has made me improve myself as a staff member and get over some bad things that happened on the past, learning many things due to situations which I succesfully was able to resolve working along the Head Admins and even Raeker.
I will continue to improve in every way I can because i want to help keeping the server as good as always.

My Plans

In the future, I want to accomplish a better communication between the Lead Team and the new moderators, this way, we will be improving our efficiency because we will be leading them in a better and more customised way to ensure that they become good, reliable staaff members.
I will also be making sure more Super Admin candidates get to attend trainings and even train some new staff members with my own supervision.
Other than that, I will do my best to keep getting trustworthy users to apply for staff positions so our server has many staff members to rely on.
