Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
I'd be appropriate to ban someone for having 10 or more recent punishments after warning him that if he gets one more punishment he'll be banned.
Another example would be a constant rulebreak.
If someone is constantly prop abusing over weeks, gets punished for it and still continues doing it, a short ban would be appropriate so that they hopefully learn their lesson.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Welp, first off I wouldn't have been allowed to ban the user myself since I can't access the anti cheat logs/whatsoever.
Secondly it is stated in the "Answering your own appeals or reports" policy that Admins are not allowed to handle appeals for punishments that they've issued by themselves.
So the answer to this question is: I wouldn't have banned the player in the first place and I would not handle the appeal.
Assuming now that I'd handle a similar appeal:
Depending on how the appeal was written, after talking to the user himself and talking to the admin who banned him, I'd either put:
Hello
User!
After reviewing your appeal, speaking to the Admin who banned you and because some time has passed, I have decided to give you a second chance.
Your ban will be lifted as soon as possible.
However: if you get caught cheating again, your chances of beeing unbanned a second time will be very small.
We'll keep an eye on you.

Hello
User!
After reviewing your appeal and speaking to the Admin who banned you, I have decided to let you stay banned because your actions had a too serious impact to the playing experience of other users.
You may appeal again after some time has passed.

Why I should be promoted:
I think I should be promoted because I feel like knowing the basics of handling reports and dealing with users now and want to continue climbing up the ladder of the ranks, especially because I might want to be a Server Dev for TTT at some point.
I'd like to help out more on the server by dealing with forum appeals and I want to be able to attend the admin meetings as well.
I attended last weeks staff meeting.
Extra Information:
Johnler asked me since my mod training to apply for Admin because he thinks
Quote: "that I'm not a useless piece of shit".
I'd like to thank all other staff members who helped me getting started here at this point as well.
Well, thank you for reading this, its rather short but there weren't many questions this time so.. yeee.
