Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Last time I was Staff I was owner but I still feel my time as Owner will contribute very well to me becoming an admin because even though I was an owner I was The first owner meaning that before there were staff I was one of the few staff around meaning that I had to help out on the daily basis in the server such as dealing with Rule breakers (Banning , Muting and kicking) as well as the our of server help such as The running and maintenance of the server.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Firstly, I would congratulate them and then proceed to train “Congratulations and well done on being accepted as a moderator. If you have been staff on any other server that uses Fadmin you may be familiar with a few of these commands, but I will run through it with you now. As a moderator as well as being able to see admin chat you will have access to 4 New commands

Kick: IF the user has Been Muted several times and you feel that They need time off the server or If you find them exploiting or anything you may not have another solution to you may kick them but only in extreme circumstances but it is better to keep them muted

Chat Mute: If the user has been Disrespecting, being racist, spamming or breaking any other rule in chat you may mute them. Best to mute them for a short time and increase it if they continue

Voice Mute : It is just like a chat mute but for voice

Family Sharing Check : If you suspect a user of using a family sharing account to evade a ban you may use this to check and if they are you are able to use it to ban them.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Firstly I would look at their rap sheet and take into account any other punishments that they may have received. If I see none and as this is their first ban I would then Speak to them and explain that “cheating of no kind is acceptable here at Zarp Gaming but because you have apologised and put great effort into getting unbanned I will talk to another staff member who is handling the appeal and put my two cents Vouching for your Unban/Lowering of the ban time but if this ever happens again you are sure to be banned for much longer”
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I Should be accepted as an Admin for surf as I have had a long list of past experiences as staff here at Zarp Gaming , this includes SSRP Head admin , TTT Admin , Forum Global mod , TS Staff and Surf Owner so I know how to administrate and Administrate effectively. I have come back to zarp because I wan tto help out and I am very passionate about the surf server as being a former Owner I feel a close connection to the server and want to administrate and have seen the need for my help as my time zone is unique and there are no staff on the server usually when I am there so rule breakers go unpunished a lot of the time.
