Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
well ive only been a mod for a week but i have put alot of time into it and i feel like i have learnt all the commands and such in that week, there have been times where people have been out right mass rdming, being racist and such and ive had too get an admin too ban them as they are not even trying too play the game properly. I think that me become an admin can only contribute too the server as im highly active and know all the rules.

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
when someone is deliberately not trying too play the game such as Mass rdming constantly
when someone is being out right racist or discriminating other players or spaming racial slurs in the chat/mic
when someone has multiple warns/recently punishments and is clearly not trying to play

How would you deal with an exploiter on the server?:
Firstly i would ask them too stop, if the still proceed i will warn and slay them and if the still continue i will ban them. then i will bring the issue up with a Head-admin/Server-owner and also make a forums post about it.

Why I should be chosen:(we recommend around 100 words)
i think i should be chosen for this promotion as im highly active on the server and i know all the rules well. i am quite a lenient staff member and i like too kick back and have fun/banter but i also know when too be firm and deal with people breaking the rules intentionally. i am also an Ex Staff and can be trusted with this responsibility and with this added power i can appropriately use all the commands in most situations. i dont like too make incredibly detailed applications because i find it unnecessary i like too make my actions speak louder than my words and i feel like i do that as a Mod and hopefully as an admin aswell
