Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello Player x, I''ve read through your appeal and can really see your sincerity. I'm willing to half your previously two week ban for cheating down to one week, after that has been done and through I will closely monitor your profile for any punishments related to cheating. If any such punishments come up I will ban you again, and for longer.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I know my activity hasn't been great this week however I had some personal affairs to attend to, I've now been notified that I actually have a minimum amount of time that I need to keep each week (thanks for not making me aware of that person who trained me ;D ). I will be sure to keep the relevant staff updated on why (if I am) unactive.
Enough of the bad stuff though, in general I am a very social person on this server and I'd love to keep climbing the ranks and gaining the respect and friendship of more people. An example of my socialty is a Skeleton clan that I made, following a revolution of skeletons with some staff members (even made a steam group! steamcommunity.com/groups/WeBeSpooky)
Other than that, I'd love to not be at the bottom of the staff ranks lol

Looking at you game track you have 2 days this week with regested time I would like to see more activity and dedication before going for a promotion.
Thinking about you activity didn’t you change your name to [SG] Froyo or some thing like that if so link that game tracker as well. As it would help your activity.
You would as your a nice guy get my vote in the meeting as long as there are more game trackers that you missed. But can’t attend the meeting so that’s my view on it.
